Anna Ogden Coots
Anna is a furniture designer whose experience conceptualizing living spaces and making them come to life truly began at age 5 with tiny Lego villages, newspaper houses taped and suspended from the basement ceiling, refrigerator box houses and elaborate snow forts.
For the past 15 years, Anna has been dreaming, designing, developing, buying, and selling furniture for the world’s largest retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers. Her experience developing for brands like Crate & Barrel, Restoration Hardware, and West Elm has earned her the reputation as a results-driven, creative problem solver at every level of her career. In 2005 after leaving her Midwest roots as a Product Developer at Crate & Barrel’s headquarters in Chicago, she was Buyer and Creative Director at international furniture wholesaler, Four Hands, based in Austin, TX.
Calling Austin home for 11 years, Anna recently reimagined and rehabbed her own 1960s bungalow that she enjoys with her husband Carson, their 2 year old son, and bulldog, Homer Bone. She describes her personal grown-up space as cozy, yet minimal, and highly functional infused with color, beauty, and joy!
